In our childhood we all have been part of this group. Some people actually like to eat wet sand, no doubt we too sometimes wish to by it’s aroma but this people can’t resist eating it. Not only wet sand but clay, chalks and many sand/soil related items. This kind of disorder is named as Geophagy and for sure each one of us was a part of it in our school days.
2. Eating Hairs :
Disorder Name : Trichophagia
Even a single hair in our food makes us hate that food where as people around the world are busy eating bunches of hair. This people are suffering from Trichophagia which makes them love eating hairs without any regret. In 2007 an 18 year old girl suffering from trichophagia was found with a 10-pound hairball in her stomach. So keep a collection of your lost hairs, there’s someone who would pay you for it!
3. Eating Wood :
Disorder Name : Xylophagia
Xylophagia is a disorder in which people love to make wooden objects or raw wood as their meal. Yes that’s absolute truth, may be habit of chewing pencil in our school days was a part of it. But people with this disorder like to at barks of tress, small wooden objects and some other stuffs. So when you visit someone’s place and don’t find much of wooden objects, just beware!
4. Eating Glass :
Disorder Name : Hyalophagia
You might have seen some people eating glass in asome reality shows mentioning it as a talent but it’s actually a normal lunch for some crazy guys. People around the world are found to be fond of eating raw glass or glass objects. This is also a scientific disorder named Hyalopgia. Even imagining the glass eating scenario gives me goosebumps!
5. Eating Other Humans Flesh :
Disorder Name : Anthropophagy
Vampires and zombies do exist between us! No we are not kidding or scaring you. There exist some humans who love eating their human flesh in their meantime. What makes them satisfy is eating their human flesh and drinking their blood as a mock-tail, this zombie humans have a disorder named Anthropophagy. And we always thought movies are imaginary!
