Claudia Charriez was born a man but her transsexuality has not stopped her from becoming an international model.
Claudia went to the famous Laguardia High-school in New York City before pursuing her modeling career. Claudia wanted to become as model since she was 14-years old.
She has been kicked off America's Next Top Model in 2006 for being born a man.
But a determined Claudia made a strong statement by winning America's Next Top Transsexual Model later that year.
In 2010 Claudia jumped into the limelight when an aletercation with her boyfriend took her to court.
Her firefighter model boyfriend, Taylor Murphy, was accused of 'punching and biting' her.
Kelly Van Der Veer
Kelly van Der Veer is a Dutch television personality and singer. She is a trans woman, and is regarded the most prominent transsexual person in the Netherlands.
Van der Veer started singing from her childhood and also recorded albums. She has stated that her teenage years were "the most difficult phase of her life", as she was often mistaken for a girl.
To put an end to her ordeal she decided to gain prominence as a media personality and therefore participated in "De Travestiet Show".
She then underwent sex reassignment surgery at the age of 19.

From the age of 6 Sirapassorn knew that she wanted to be a girl. Her parents soon abandoned any effort to go against her will and raised their child to be a good person.

Alicia Liu
Born in Taiwan, Alicia Liu is a popular television personality and popular model. Her transgender identity came to light in 2009.
Liu had male genitalia at birth and was given the name Zi-hua. at the age of 18 she underwent sex reassignment surgery.
She became popular following a number of appearances on a parody television programme, but was exposed in 2010 by a former schoolmate who posted her graduation photo online.
In response, Liu accepted that she was a transsexual and happy being a woman
Sato Kayo
She first gained attention by working as a model in Nagoya in 2008. She is working with Japanese fashion magazine “Spy Girl” since 2009.
But very few people know that Sato was originally born a male and she revealed this herself back in 2010.
